राजयोग के लिए एक और तरीका ये है की आप अपने दृष्टी को चेक करे या दृष्टी को सिविल बनाये जब भी आप किसी वस्तु या व्यक्ति को देखो तो अपने दृष्टी से उस पर शुभ कामनाये बरसाए चाहे कोई भी हो लेकिन आप के मन में ये भाव रहे की ये भी परमात्मा की रचना है। जिस से आप का मन सुद्ध और साफ रहेगा और आपका मन सहज प्रभु की याद में लीन हो जायेंगा।

One more thing is that for good meditation experience one should make checking of eyes means make the eyes civilize that when ever you see any thing may be human being or any physical thing just feel your eyes with good wishes and shower the good wishes to that which ever comes in front of your eyes that!s it.
This will help you in Meditation  because now your mind is clear and clean.
