Be Silence

Silence Gives Peace for  Mind & body so make a habit to be silence for a while in a hour and improve gradually for five to ten mint.  
It recovers your inner power and stability of Mind ...Practice makes the man perfect so be first to start and 
get benefit by meditation........silence is power, silence is sweet, silence is a lab were a scientist mind works 
and when he enters in deep silence there he gets the magic of new inventions,technologies.spirituality..etc.

so it is also said that  ..silence is the mother of science .
